our return policy:
If your item is misprinted through no fault of your own, we will gladly and
promptly issue a replacement for you, along with a few extras to make up for the
inconvenience!
It is
very important to us that you are 150% happy with your purchase, and we will do
everything in our power to insure that!
Q. I made a mistake on the item I
ordered. Can I get a replacement?
A. We understand that
everyone makes mistakes (including us!), especially on spelling and dates! Take
special care when reviewing your order. Check your spelling, dates and names
carefully. In the event that you made an error and need a replacement, we offer
it to you at a 35% discount. Of course, if we made the error, we will send a
replacement item at no charge to you.
Q. Can I track my order online?
A. Most of our orders are sent via USPS . Not all of these orders can
be tracked. When a tracking number is available, it will be sent to you via
email in your shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order.
Q. What payment methods do you
accept? A. Label Creations accepts
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. You can also pay by check (held 10 days for
clearance) or money order by sending your order
through the mail by printing out our Mail In form found Here.
